Not Happy
we have only one parking for a 2 bedrooms apartment because they don't have enough parking spot on the building , some people don't have any parking and they increase the rent every year

Free Rent forever!!!
I have nothing but great feedback about my apartment. It's really quiet and the people are nice here. The pool is refreshing and the parking is great! . The management is always helpful and willing to listen to any concerns that tenants talk to them about. I'd love to be able to enjoy this apartments for years to come!

Friendly staff
The management and maintenance have been friendly to us since we moved in. They've been helpful with minor repairs. What I like is their positive friendly spirit.

My one bedroom
We had a great first impression with the manager Luis. He gave us a tour of the premises. He was very courteous and friendly. The apartment is what we needed as a starter place and has what we need.
