This building is managed by KPL Select and you will have issues and they will show no care. It will take them two weeks or more to have your issue fixed. And by fix, I mean patched because the issue will happen again. Their emergency line is fake. It goes straight to voicemail every time even during weekday operating hours. If you call the office with your emergency, they'll tell you to put in a maintenance request (which takes days even weeks for them to respond to) and then they'll hang up on... you. You will get roaches, water bugs and other insects unless you seal off all entrance points including the drains. You will also experience leaks if you have pipes directly underneath the apartment.
