Roach Infested ??
I lived here for a few years and it was the most horrible experience in my life .. I had to have my unit exterminated for roaches every month . The precious owner used to at least make sure that was done but when the new owner tried to make me sign a lease saying I would pay for my own extermination. He also stopped taking my rent because of my complaints and he lied ?? in court to evict me even when he got his rent paid monthly direct deposit .. don’t ever move here you will wake up with... roaches in the bathroom kitchen bedroom everywhere cause they live in the walls
