Wifi is slow. Management never responds. Maintenance is slow and things typically don't get fixed. Currently, the garage gate has been broken for 2 months. I am overpaying for this awfully constructed building. There was a mold problem. Instead of fixing it, they removed the sign that had mold behind it, and then they put it back on top of the mold. I could go on and on as to why you shouldn't live here.

I'm definitely leaving a honest review for my experience. My appointment was at 1pm and nobody was there to meet me or call me. I tried calling the office a few times only to get a text at 1:09pm saying unit 212 was open and I could go in. I then proceeded to call the number I was texting and finally got through and said, "how was somebody supposed to let me in if you knew I had an appointment at 1pm?" No response... I then asked is there more than just 1 parking space available for a 2bdrm... unit and she told me she didn't think so?! What kind of answer is that!?
Absolutely zero communication, no way to get ahold of anyone and usually goes to voicemail. I had to ask a maintenence guy to let me in and the unit still had paint and materials left in the unit.. I left work for this.
It's common courtesy to show up to your appointments with potential tenants and if you can't make it, communicate that. I definitely do not recommend this place
