love this place.
I have loved my 8+ years living here at Wilken Woodlands. I expect I will be here for many more. The grounds are always well maintained and the lush trees and bushes provide a leafy oasis in an area dominated by concrete and asphalt.
The staff regularly goes above and beyond. Dan, John, and Shelby are always friendly and helpful. The few times I have had an issue (e.g. minor maintenance) they have been quick to solve the problem. Also, they are quick to let us know if there are any repairs or... projects in the area that may affect the residence (e.g. road repair, tree trimming, etc.) Overall, the neighbors keep to themselves. I have never had an issue with noise or outside aggravations. My only complaint is......... nope, I have no complaints. The staff is great and have never surprised me with a bill or an unknown rule. Having lived in several apartment complexes -- I highly recommend Wilken Woodland.
