From the get go this place was my husband and i’s option. Welcomed with amazing, friendly staff who helped us with all the information and questions we had. The tour left nothing out, and we were able to see everything available for us. Fast forward to living here- it’s been nothing short of what we wanted. It is safe, well maintained, in distance of everything I need. Living at shadowridge woodbend has been such an amazing experience so far, highest recommendation!!

Shadowridge Woodbend is a great community with a friendly and helpful management team. The maintenance team is also super friendly and, in my experience, always does a fantastic job.

My main concern is that most of the one- and two-bedroom apartments don’t have in-unit washers and dryers. This is a major drawback for me, and I’ve considered moving several times because of it. Even having the option to install washer and dryer hookups would be a great improvement.

I also wish the rent increases… were more consistent and reasonable, as they sometimes feel too frequent and too high.

Beautiful, quiet complex surrounded by trees. Well maintained pool, and laundry facilities. Well designed, spacious floor plans. Nestled in the Shadowridge Community, but close to all conveniences. Professional and friendly office staff and maintenance staff.
