Love my new home

My leasing agent was Rosie. Definitely recommend asking for her she showed me all the availability and this place was best suited for my needs. Love this building and the neighborhood so much thanks Rosie for everything.

Vive LA do not care about you

The leasing management team at Vive LA have provided some of the worst support I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been trying to work with them to investigate and resolve an issue that is significantly impacting my quality of life in my apartment. At every turn, they have tried to delay, block, and flat out lie to me, in an attempt to not have to deal with this issue. No amount of greenwashing in their response to their reviews will hide the abysmal experience they seem proud of provide their residents… .

Location is a must

This is my favorite property that I have lived at in Weho. It's been great to go out with my partner and our Dog. Great place to go for a nice walk or jog and a great little authentic Mexican restaurant within walking distance love some vegan and margaritas.
