Summertree Apartments

I've lived in these apartments for about a year and a half. The neighborhood is not great, but the rent is based on income and the apartments, neighbors, and staff are all great. I can't expect anything more. Yes, people who don't live here do walk through or come by to play. The other review mentioned kids playing in the back yard, and that used to happen a lot. The manager installed a really big fence about 2 months ago and now they don't bother us at all. I never saw them break any windows,... but the management would have had those repaired immediately, so maybe I didn't see it. I can put a work order in on Monday and get it done within a day. It's really great response and the maintenance are always happy to help out. I agree, it's hard to put your stuff outside, but I'm not sure if you can put anything on your back porch anywhere in Woodland. I can't complain about anything inside my unit needing an update, it all seems decent to me, especially since my rent is based on my income. Currently lived in this apartment for 7 years, first of all the area is absolutely horrible there's a large grass area behind my home where children who do not live in apartment come to play soccer during summer is the worst they're constantly hitting the ball against my wall and breaking windows the manager will not do a thing about it, also the other homes surrounding the apartments are filled with people who should not be trusted nothing can be placed outside without it being stolen and my... cars have been broken into numerous times.
