Trap-House-Style Apartment
The unit is not worth the rent. Fixtures are extremely cheap—cabinets, appliances, and even towel racks feel like they were installed as quickly and cheaply as possible. The management has started “phasing out blinds” and using curtain rods, which is especially bad for privacy. I’ve requested blinds for my bathroom multiple times with no resolution.
The environment isn’t great either: common areas are dirty, with pet waste and cigarette butts frequently left around. The neighbors frequently... smoke, which affects the air quality inside my apartment. The “amenities” are minimal and cheaply furnished.
Be cautious before signing a lease. Communication is poor—even when issues go unaddressed. I do not recommend this property.

Great staff
Our time at vintage place was great! The staff was attentive to any issues we had and would handle any neighbors that could bring the place down quickly. The grounds were also always well maintained.
