How Is This Rating Determined?

Not a safe neighborhood

Cops are here every week. Huge homeless problem surrounding the property. Management response is “we cannot guarantee your safety” and is more concerned about collecting rent than your well-being. If you’re a single female, elderly or have children, look elsewhere.

Love my place

Just moved in a few months ago and very happy with my place, have not had any complaints. The staff are all nice and friendly and willing to go above to help people out that live here.

It’s decent

So currently I live here now with my boyfriend. It’s been nice. The neighbors are very friendly and quiet for the most part. The pool is constantly filled with kids but what can you expect? The rec room is a bit of a joke, just a very small office with a stationary bike. Most of the bad reviews I’ve read were about moving out but we’ll see when the time comes. Very nice for the price!
