How Is This Rating Determined?

Living at Heritage

Apartment is bright and sunny with lots of windows, windows are on the three outside walls. You have many views of the Colorado sunrise and sunset. Rooms are very large but yet have a homey feel, and lots of room for furniture. The Backyard is in a setting like a park, with a gazebo and flower gardens. Also there are areas for residences to plant their own vegetables and flowers.

Location is on a quiet street which has a park at the end of the street. Great place to take a walk and enjoy the... area. Supermarket and Pharmacy are within a mile and many other necessary business are equally as close.

The Manager is pleasant and friendly and always has time to listen to any thing that you would like to talk about. When something needs to be replaced she is extremely quick to get it replaced.

The Maintenance man is a very friendly person. He does a good job with needed repairs and repairs are done quickly. He never makes you feel that you have bothered him.

Our apartment is in an older building and is in need of upgrading, which owners are constantly accomplishing. The complex is within 10 minutes of most all shopping needs and medical and dental facilities. The location is quiet and pleasant. Common areas are well maintained and clean and the staff is very helpful. The Clubhouse is available for group and individual activities with a small kitchen and tables and seating for 100 people. Areas outside of the clubhouse have been arranged for... individual vegetable and flower gardens and are fully planted each summer.
