The communication from lease management has dropped off, I never really know when someone will be staffing the office. I’m still waiting over 8 months for burnt out outdoor light bulbs to be replaced in outdoor receptacles so it’s not pitch black dark in the parking lot and on the parts of the property. Maintenance didn’t notice broken glass on the asphalt near my parking garage, after 2 weeks, I told him in person, and thankfully was cleaned up immediately as I asked. I’ve come to think that… the property owners don’t care about the residents since the management and maintenance don’t seem to be adequately staffed.

It’s very quiet and safe but the lights over the garages have been out forever. We have a new light that is great!! Also the fire extinguishers!! It’s just the staff that ignores residents that makes it a hard place to live

I love my new home! We moved in last week and are very content with our 2 bed/2 bath Juniper floorplan. It's spacious, provides lots of storage, and is in a beautiful area. My puppers love it here, a lot of green grass lots, and a few pet relief stations. I recently submitted multiple maintenance requests that were all taken care of pretty rapidly. Also, Brittany is so nice, helpful, and accommodating for potential residents who live out of state! Love it here!

Ever increasing rent… fees that take government intervention to stop… at least the facility techs are great! Rent increased by 30% over the 5yrs I have lived here.

Nice place to live I have enjoyed my time here. The trails nearby are fantastic. The neighborhood is fairly quite if you can get past the few kids with dirtbikes. My only complaint is the cost but its not necessarily the facility just the average going rate for an apartment. I would recommend this place to most people.
