Solana is a beautiful community! With door codes, i feel safe in the perfect location that is olde town Arvada. The apt is beautiful, with tall ceilings and window that get a gorgeous amount of sunlight. Pool, hot tub and gym are also unparalleled ! Kitchen is so spacious w all the cabinets and the tub is beautiful. There is always ample parking which is great for peace of mind but also for having guests over. They host cute events for us as well. I appreciate that maintenance comes out within a… week or so of getting a ticket. Overall I love living here, but I do wish there was more storage/shelves/closet space.

Things I don’t love: rent increase every year. WHY? I lost my Mountain View but instead of having my rental cost lowered, it still increases. I have an ugly giant police camera survieling my every move which makes me uncomfortable. Was not even notified it was coming, just popped up. I don’t love getting mail in four different places and having to hunt it down. Washer is destroying my clothes but the fix was “use less detergent” but it still is staining my clothes. I can hear upstairs neighbor and have woken up a handful of times. I do wish we had someone vacuum the carpet in the hallways. There’s always bugs outside floor 1 apts for months and it’s unsettling to see. Someone started painting the walls in the hall but stopped so they are very trashy / tired looking. Would love to have AC in the halls for what we pay as well.

Living at Solana Olde Town Station has been a wonderful experience to my family. The community is well maintained and the people are friendly. My son loves seeing everyone walking their dogs. The staff is amazing and always make us feel welcome. The community center feels warm and inviting. Coming home is very peaceful and that is the biggest priority to my family.

I am well into my second year at Solana and I still love living here. The staff are incredible and the amenities are superb and well managed.

I love the location, the apartments themselves and the overall community. The staff put on events periodically which is an added bonus. I have always felt extremely secure here with no issues, but the recent addition of coded entry to each residential building has added another layer of security which is superb.

I choose to purchase a private garage… , whilst it is fairly expensive, the convenience is worth the money.
