Legacy at Fitz is a interesting and vibrant community atmosphere, the area is busy and approachable and theres tons to do on an off day. The staff is extremely attentive, sociable and aware to tenants unique needs. A suitable and enthralling community for all n any family. I approve greatly.

So far I like living here I just think that the hallways should be steam cleaned often and they need to get control over a few things but overall I love it. It’s nice. It’s beautiful. The people in the office are amazing. The residence are super awesome. Everybody stays to their self & It’s really quiet.

We do all hallways once per quarter and the elevator lobbies... twice a month ???? we will spot clean in between so if you see anything please feel free to let us know and we can get that taken care of asap.
