Amenities are 10/10.
The apartment staff are all so friendly, helpful and personable.
The apartment is in a great location.
Had to use maintenance once when I moved in, and they were super prompt and friendly.

Guest parking could use some work, including resident taking up guest spots by parking their motorcycles in spots for months at a time. This along with people using the hot tub at midnight on a weekly basis.

I am grateful for the extraordinary team at The Russell! The leasing staff is always ready to explain procedures and reminds me of current events in the community and the Olde Town Arvada neighborhood. I could not imagine more welcoming persons in their positions! My dog is always greeted with enthusiastic pets and healthy treats! The maintenance staff always comes promptly and addresses without question any concerns. It is so evident to me that The Russell team takes pride in this community and... is enthusiastic about coming to work here! I also take pride in living here and hope I am able to continue to do so!

Great support from Team at The Russell: Isabella, Ayanna and Kayla. Also, Luke and Matt were great. The loading elevator from the garage made it a snap.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is ideal. Set-up of townhome is ideal for a temporary home during a vast renovation. Having a front door directly to the outside makes this less “apartment feel” and more home-like.
