I have lived here for just over three years. The Management Team, (Kathy, Robin, Blake and probably others, cannot remember all names...) is fantastic, listens to every concern, hosts social events, and are by far the nicest Leasing and Management office team with whom I've been a resident in Colorado.
The Maintenance Team is in a class without peer, at least in my experience. Ryan and his team know what to do for the slightest issue and answer the phone 24/7 for emergencies. I recently had a... major issue (bathroom) that Ryan handled personally, like it was no big deal (Note: It was!) - professionally, explaining every step, and left the site spotless as with every visit, whether replacing blinds or major work like this was.
Ryan and his team are seriously the best apartment maintenance team, along with the very dependable, reliable work of the contractors used for some specialty work (water heaters, etc.) - I can't say enough. the pool and Jacuzzi are clean and kept in great shape, and the recently expanded gym really took the place of my gym following some surgery in early June and before I could drive, to get my PT and physical rehab in motion. I'm really grateful, love this place and hope to stay here for years to come.
