Bella Terra at City Center Apartments

Another Update!: Communications have gone back into the sewers. Management has opted to ignore any sound complaint email sent over this past weekend (12/15/23-12/17/23). Where I am sure they will say "But you need to contact local PD.' Well I've done that and all they can do is about all you and your team do. Tell the people to quiet down and chill on the booze in public. This has been going on for over six months now. I don't think "quiet down and chill on the booze" is working. Can I get Eddie… , Josias, or this Gissel whom everyone rants and raves is so amazing to reach out about this? If you can't contact me by phone I know my roommates works just fine.

Edit Update: From the last update/edit communications have gotten leagues better from management. That said it took five and a half months to get an exterminator into my apartment to spray for roaches. Eddie with the management team was more than amazing and kind on this and made sure the appointment was set up. The only "issue" was we received no heads up when the exterminator was going to be here so we were unable to prep for a full spray of the afflicted area. The exterminator was able to spray around a majority of the area with minimal prep thankfully. The only other concerns had that will change my rating are still ongoing from time to time.

I've been here two and a half years and it started great and has tanked since. The only benefit to living here anymore is maintenance. They are nice people, knowledgeable and get the work done quick. Management is nice enough and customer service at least in person is nice. Beyond that? Management doesn't seem to ever respond to any email message. I had to send multiple emails to management about roaches in the past three weeks and got zero responses until 14 hours before an exterminator was due to show up. All the heads up given was a sheet of paper from the exterminator's website, outside the door giving a 10 hour gap when the exterminator was due to be here and how to prep my apartment before they got here. I get that the management are likely busy and overloaded on work but, an email at least a week before to let us know an exterminator was contacted and when they'd be here would've been nice. After that the grounds are nicely enough kept up, if/when people wanna clean up after their dogs. It's a nice enough area but there are better places to live in. Read More
