No les importa tu bienestar sólo cobrar

Llevo acá dos años y no la he pasado tan mal como últimamente Te quieren cobrar por todo, la administración no se preocupa por lo que uno les informa la gente que limpia, la gente que recoge basuras simplemente no siguen un estándar con sus inquilinos muy mala experiencia este último año

Renters beware

Renters beware! Do your research before signing here!!!!!! Talk to residents, walk the property, drive by at night, you’ll be happy you did.

Leasing agents will be nice and helpful until you sign the lease and they don’t care about negative reviews. They rotate management and could care less about you or issues they’ve directly cause you.

Flooded unit, building access issues, erroneous charges, trash everywhere on property, inaccessible amenities, lose aggressive dogs on property, car break… ins are just a few issues I’ve personally experienced in the last 4 months.

Management refuses to address any issues and will blame everything on “vendor delays”.

If you have children or pets, this complex is NOT SAFE!

Do yourself and your family a favor. Save the headache, stay safe and find somewhere else to live.
