parking and pet friendly

I've really enjoyed living at Destination. One of my favorite things is how pet-friendly the community is, it's great seeing so many people out walking their dogs and knowing pets are genuinely welcome here. The parking has also been a huge plus. I've never had much trouble finding a spot, which makes coming home after a long day a lot less stressful.

Sky Lounge

The sky lounge has easily become one of my favorite spots here. The mountain views are amazing, especially in the evening, and it’s such a nice place to relax

Great community

Had a really nice stay at Destination at Arista. The pool was a highlight—clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind after a busy day. The facilities were also well maintained and made the whole stay feel comfortable and easy. Overall, it felt like a place where you can actually relax and enjoy your time.
