Not recomended
I Absolutely do not recommend this place. It comes with so many issues. It has bugs! The management never picks up the phone. The neighbors are diruptive specially during weekends. I have many times complained to the management that I get charged too much for utilities when I am a single occupant of my apartment and in some apartments there is up to 5 people living. They do not care other than the rent being paid.

Terrible
They never answer their phone so emergencies go undone unless you pay yourself. I paid to have mt heater fixed after 2 mths of no heat and being disabled this was out of budget. They allow kids to destroy everything done by previous owners then ran the rent up $200!horrible owners who are a joke

Not impressed!
This is a horrible place to live. Cars are being vandalized and broken into and management will not do anything. The office is only open 2 days a week and half the time they are not even there on those days. The children in the neighborhood are destroying the property and management won't do anything about that either probably because they are never here. To get a receipt for proof of payment on your rent is near impossible. Maintenance does half the job they are supposed and ask for your help... with everything. They punish the tenants for other people ruining property ex: we don't get a dumpster anymore and have to walk through a field to throw trash in a dumpster. And you receive your bill 2 days before rent is due. The staff is extremely rude. I wouldn't live here again if THEY paid ME!

This is a great place when I move in four years ago ,but this new management has increase the price every month ,like I said every month is differen rate, how is that? In may of this year I been paid $650 a month ,and the next month 700 ,now I'm paying $755 for monthly rent and the bills before I pay no More than 80-90 bucks for all,now I paid $90 just for water, plus the other bills total is $ 165.00 so that's make a total rent and bills $925.00 monthly !!! This is ridiculous!! And I hope I win... this prize !! Thank you
