If you are going to have 2 sinks in a bathroom(which is great), u need 2 hand towel racks. The walk in closet in each bedroom is great.You should have grab bars to get in and out of tub.

Polaris is a great community and amazing place to live however it has its issues my main issue is the traffic during concert.

We understand that living next to the Ford Amphitheater isn’t the right... fit for everyone, and concert-season traffic can certainly be an adjustment. We do our best to be as transparent as possible with all prospects and residents about the potential for increased noise and traffic during events so there are no surprises.
Fortunately, it does sound like the Amphitheater has been working to make traffic flow more manageable in recent seasons, and we’re hopeful those improvements continue into the coming year. If you ever have additional concerns or suggestions, we’re always here to help.

We love it here. The amenities are great, the community staff is friendly, and I like how quiet the building is. It is peaceful here. And the clubhouse is beautiful for socializing.
