This place does not have a pool and the “fitness” center is never open. It Is roach infested. The walking paths on the second and third floors are falling apart there is exposed rusted iron everywhere. Absolutely unsafe for children. I was moved into an apartment that was never worked on. The carpets had glass embedded into them. The shower does not work and its been 4 days. The apartment was entirely not maintained before allowing us to move in. Pros: everything is close. the highway , restaurants , and stores are a quick commute

Cons: No Pool (closed for over a year now) No hot tub (open every once and a while) Very Small “Gym” area & HORRIBLE Laundry room service. 2/3 chances are the washer and dryers are unresponsive or Broken on top of having to Pay 1.75 to 2.50 for 1 wash or dry ..

Overall not the worst place but for what you pay you could find better for about the same price

This a great place to live. Located just minutes away from UCHealth medical campus. Within half mile of shopping. Public transportation stops mear property. Unit features 2 large windows, large living and bedroom. Lots if closet space throught and the mist beautiful part is the skylight in the kitchen, especially when the sun shines, no need for kitchen light.
