Hands down, this is one of the best places I have ever lived at. I am left to live my life in peace which I love a lot. If I have a problem I can count on this property to resolve it as quickly as possible. Thayne has been a very smooth moving process, as a first time apartment buyer. Everything’s been clear and upfront, you know what you’re getting into and the staff will answer any question you have! I appreciate the effort the staff give on a daily basis and the positive attitudes you get to see!

I've lived at the Thayne Community for over a year. The entire staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. They listen to and address all matters with kindness and courtesy. The complex is well kept and quiet. Highly recommend!

I moved to the Thayne Apartment complex when it first opened, almost two years ago and I have no regrets. It has been a wonderful experience living here. The staff are all friendly and professional. The maintenance team are caring and knowledgeable with prompt repair times. The grounds are well maintained. , as well, and enjoyable to view. I would strongly recommend this Greystar location to anyone looking for a place to call home in a beautiful and safe Brighton neighborhood.
