Don’t Do It!
The property is old, falling apart, has structural damage, and on top of that, property management did nothing about the mold found in our drywall. Maintenance is unresponsive. The fire alarms, both in your unit and building wide, go off frequently. Appliances are gross, dated, and don’t work properly. The pool never opens on time. The package room is largely inaccessible to couriers which causes delays in delivery. Communication from property management to residents is almost nonexistent.... “Improvement” projects often take significantly longer than they should and generally cause more issues than they solve. Save yourself the frustration and rent literally anywhere else!!
