Great Staff, Location & Apartments!

The entire leasing office staff is amazing, they truly care. Issues are promptly resolved with updates. The amenities are nice and located in multiple buildings and have extras like a Sky Lounge with an outdoor fire pit and TV. The area is safe with lots of security and you need a code or fob to enter the buildings. The location is great & right against the Orchard Mall/Town Center. There’s a farmers market there all summer. The apartments have a lot of extras most places skimp on. The mountain… balcony views are great! Having things like built in water and ice in your fridge, a Nest, wifi washer and dryers, separate showers and bathtubs (some units), larger kitchens with a bar and an island, wooden shelves in your closets and extra ceilings fans make a huge difference. Some units even have yards or porches that have doors that lead out to the street. There’s also 3 community events every month that are well planned and thought out. It’s a great place to live!

Highly Recommend!

Amazing staff and apartments (that have lots of extras most places don’t offer from wine fridges to Nests and washers and dryers with wifi), frequent community events, community rooms in multiple buildings including an art gallery and sky lounge along with a pool, pool house area, clubhouse, dog spa & run, study lounge and parcel pending for packages. All the buildings are locked as well as the mall rooms. Safe nice area with security. The location by The Orchard Town Center is great. The… Mountain View’s are amazing! It’s nice to be able to find a partner with a large kitchen and a bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub! Highly recommend!!

overall great apartment

Great apartment with nice amenities.

Pros: amazing staff. Front desk is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance crew will always come same day if you need anything fixed. Also a great area to live in everything is walkable with great shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons: thin ceiling. I wouldn't live anywhere else but the fourth floor or you'll hear people walking around unless you get lucky with nice neighbors and garbage truck comes at 8a.m every morning, wakes you up every time.

Nice place

Great place to live!
The negativity I have is the elevators go down periodically and it is kinda noisy at night but other than that a nice place to live.

Apartment of the year

I have been living at the curate for 6 months now and it’s been nothing short of amazing. With any issue it’s expressed to all tenants whether it be big or small. Friendly staff, always helpful, and a very active community. They have events each month to share with their tenants to get to know each other, or just to get some tacos at a taco truck. This is the best home and community I’ve ever had and best community I’ve ever been apart of. Highly recommended. 5 stars.
