We are overall very unhappy with living here. When we signed our lease, we were told that there was going to be security patrolling the apartment complex. They were discontinued without the residence, knowing. Second, there was a major wind storm throughout our state, and I noticed that there was a U-Haul and trailer parked in the fire lane, I emailed the office and April the property manager wrote me back saying that she approved for them to park in the fire lane. There has been very unsafe... fertilizer laid on the grass and all over the sidewalks without the residence knowing, I found out what kind of fertilizer it was and it has a big warning on the front that it is not safe for children. The communication with the leasing office has been awful. The location of this apartment complex is wonderful and very easy access to everything around it. It’s just too bad that we’ve had so many issues. It has a lot of potential.

We have been residents at Rockvue for years now and overall it has been a very pleasant experience. We would love a few more amenities, but the new yoga room has been a nice addition which is a great move in the right direction.

This is one of the best apartment communities I have ever lived in. I love the close-knit, smaller community feel and the fantastic amenities available year-round.
The community itself is consistently clean and well-maintained. The team is excellent at handling apartment concerns, always being friendly, respectful, and thorough when making repairs.
April, the community manager, is exceptional and constantly seeks opportunities to improve the community. For a recent charity event, she selected...
wonderful prizes that successfully engaged my neighbors.
Additionally, the entire community is very welcoming to pets. If you are looking for an amazing place to live, look no further!
