Beautiful apartment with really high ceilings. The staff members are super friendly and welcoming. Balcony space is super spacious. The only downside is the washing machine is really loud.

There are a lot of problems in these apartments and a lot of people leave, this can be seen in the periodic and often empty apartments in the house. The water pressure in the taps is bad, it has been reduced because there is a knock in the pipes day and night and people can't rest. The windows in the bedroom are not soundproofed, so you will hear the hum and loud noise from the industrial air conditioner in the house across the street day and night in your bedroom. In windy weather, something... knocks behind the wall in the bedroom. The area around is a toilet for dogs and in warm weather a lot of flies fly around dog poop and urine and then they fly into your apartment because there are no protective nets on the windows and balcony. The trash room is dirty, it's not nice to go there. There has been a common mussor in the corridor for months, as carpet is rarely vacuumed and poorly vacuumed. It's damp in the garage and water flows from the ceiling and walls during bad weather. The elevator is not ventilated, the air conditioning system does not work, and the floor buttons have not been working for a long time. The car, despite the hanging pair of cameras in the garage, is not safe. Marijuana and cigarettes are smoked in the neighbors' apartments and it all goes to your apartment from the neighbors of the smokers, it looks like a malfunction of the air conditioning system in the apartments. The smell of cooking also comes from the neighbors. You can hear every step (from above) and conversation in the neighboring apartments.

Great place to live minus the fire alarms going off every month. Never lived somewhere where the fire alarms go off so often. Great location, great amenities, great staff!
