Not really happy with the fact that we cannot put up privacy film on the windows.. we should be able to walk around our “home” comfortably without having to worry about people looking in, especially since the building is right on Colfax..
Everything else has been great otherwise so far.

Nice place lots of activities friendly and fun lavish living low cost neighbors are friendly close to a lot of shopping areas they have a lot cleaners through week a nice friendly area fitness room nice

It was a quick process. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I applied on Monday and I moved in on Wednesday. I love all the amenities, I feel like I am on vacation... I highly recommend.
