Staff is great! Just didn't agree with the deposit refund.

I lived at this apartment complex for one year, and the staff was wonderful. When I moved in, the unit worked well for me and my teen, who spent more time with her father and friends. We kept shoes near the foyer, but I quickly noticed the carpet hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before moving in, as my socks and slippers would get dirty right away. After buying a Shark vacuum, I noticed how much dust and dirt it collected.

I made sure to keep the place clean, even borrowing a carpet cleaner and… scrubbing the microwave and tubs with magic erasers, hoping to get most of my deposit back. Unfortunately, I couldn’t be present for the walk-through as planned, and they arrived after I had already left. I don’t smoke, I’m tidy, and my teen was rarely there, yet I only received about $330 back.

Lesson learned: always be present with maintenance for your walk-through.

Other than that, I felt safe living there.

Awesome office staff

The staff at the Villas is amazing! They are prompt and helpful. Love the location of the property and I really enjoy the year around pool. I highly recommend!

First renewal upcoming & planning to stay!

We’ve been living at Villas at Homestead for almost a year now, and we’ve had such a great experience! The property is always kept in great shape, and they’ve made several updates to the common areas since we moved in. It is also very affordable compared to other similar apartments we toured in the area when leasing.

The staff is amazing—really friendly and always on top of things. Any maintenance requests we’ve had were taken care of really quickly. The neighborhood feels safe, and honestly,… we’ve never had a better apartment experience.

We’re definitely planning to renew our lease and stay here until we’re ready to buy a house. Couldn’t recommend it more!

I love this place!

The entire staff has been great! Linda, Jordan, nance, Joey, Fransico, and Ronald have all helped me out at different times. They are all very helpful and get things done right!
