This updated two bedroom house in Old Colorado City is a must see! The two bedrooms are on the upper level up a short flight of stairs along with a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully updated with newer black appliances. The main level is new solid surface flooring. There are tall bay windows for a breakfast nook right off the main living room. The laundry is part of a half bathroom on the main
level. The washer and dryer is included.
The home is 1183 square feet, it was built in 1903, and it is in located in School District 11. The home has forced air heat but it does not have AC. The tenant is responsible for all utilities. There is on street parking for the home.
Dogs allowed but we are not allowing cats at this time. Pets must be 1 year or older. If approved, there is a $300 Deposit per pet plus $35 per month added to rent per pet.
As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises.
