Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.
This 3 bedroom townhome is located off Austin Bluffs and Woodmen. The 1 car garage walks into the basement where there is a living room, full bathroom, and a... bedroom. The main level has a second living area, the kitchen, and a half bathroom. You can walk out the kitchen door to enjoy a shared patio. Two bedrooms are upstairs with a full bathroom between them and the laundry area. The washer and dryer is included. There is also a community space with a playground located just outside the back door! The home does not have AC and the tenant is responsible for all utilities but trash. The home is located in School District 20, it was built in 1999. and it is 1550 square feet.
We will allow up to 2 pets in the property. Pets can be up to 50 pounds each, must be at least 1 year old, and have up to date shot records. If approved, there is a $300 deposit per pet plus $35 per month per pet.
As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises.
