Such a wonderful community! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming to each other! I’ve only been here a few days and am so happy! This place is beautiful and fun!

Shandi was very kind in showing me several apartments and getting me into my apartment early since I was going on vacation mid month and that would delay my move.

I came for an appointment I made for a tour. No one answered the door or the phone. I walked all around the property waiting for a response to my message and got none. My appointment was at 1 pm. It is 7pm ands they still haven’t reached out. Very unprofessional. Guess they don’t need my money.

The apartment itself is in desperate need of renovation. Yes, the "old charm" is what sucks people in, and I agree, it could be SO good if they would just spend some time renovating things!

The walls are peeling, the tiles in the bathroom are coming up because there is no vent or fan, the entire apartment smells like sewage from the old pipes, neighbors smoke comes straight through the walls, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, the floors cause splinters because all the wood… is splitting, bugs and beetles get in through the cracks in the floorboards, baseboards, and the the door doesn't seal. The maintenance staff are very nice but set off my alarm every time they try to come in & one time didn't lock my door when they left leading to a stranger off the street walking in. The floor plans on the internet aren't even slightly close to what the apartment looks like.

The lack of communication from office staff is appalling. I went without a mailbox for a week, I went with a door that didn't seal for months, my oven shut down on Christmas Eve and wasn't fixed for days. I wish I never would have leased here. They turnover office staff frequently.
