How Is This Rating Determined?

Not worth it

Hot water runs out fast
Not able to use amenities "due to covid" but we still pay for it and most gyms and other things in the city is open
Maintenance is lazy.
Mold, dirty carpet, clogged tub, and more.
I wrote a detailed review on their website but do not move here!!! Very over priced

Very nice home with reasonable rent.

It's on the edge of the upscale Cheyenne/Broadmoor area. The zoo is less than 10 minutes away, and a family pass is 150 bucks for the year. I take the kids there once or twice a week. The remodeled Ivy Wild building (which includes the Bristol Brewery and Principle's Office bar) is in walking distance, as well as the Blue Star Lounge and Eidelweiss german restaurant. All of the aforementioned establishments are top notch.

I never heard a single sound through the walls. The walls are solid as...
they come. Parking can get a little tight. I lived there, deployed, and came right back because I could not find another place at that price point with the same great location and amenities.
