Enchanted Springs Apartments

Moved into these apartments August 2021, and moved out April 2022. When i moved in the apartment wasn't 100% cleaned, so after moving in we had to clean the showers and toilets and counters. Upon filling out the move in check list, nothing on the list was assessed the whole time we lived there. Owners of the company changed weeks after we moved in. The parking is a huge issue this company doesn't address, they say there is nothing they can do when clearly there is. I would get off work at 6pm... and have to circle around because there is no parking spaces open. There was no company that would come around making sure everyone in a parking space had a permit pass which you purchased online. They told us someone would come by everyday at 10pm to look, but that didn't happen. My sisters car was towed even though she had pass and lived there! Once my sisters car got towed, we were told that they come once or twice a week, they don't come everyday. The parking isn't being monitored at all. We had to go back and forth so she wouldn't be financially responsible to get the car out of the tow yard. It was a mess. And my husband and i got a garage, EXTRA $150 a month, we got it for guaranteed parking. Well the ceiling was collapsing and the dry wall was all over my husband car, and all they had to say was sorry. Another issue on hand is everyone who has a pet never picks up the pet waste even though there are stations with bags for pet owners. Nobody is penalized so when you walk around you have to stare at the ground so you don't step in pet waste. IT stinks everywhere it's so gross. Upon moving out i was advised i would receive my full deposit of $700. And that was a complete lie. I cleaned the apartment for 4 full days the walls, base boards, kitchen, bedrooms, the bathrooms especially, so the next person didn't have to deal with a gross apartment like we had to. They charge $130 for cleaning and sanitation, $85 for carpet cleaning, and $85 for paint. I left the apartment in immaculate shape, so i am unsure why i was even charged this when the company should have to pay for it. When i went into the office to address this concern of only received $285 of my $700 deposit, the lady told me they charge everyone this and that nobody gets their full deposit back. This is a horrible place to live. We can hear when people walk or watch TV. The floor is way to thin. There is no parking and now they want to charge you to not be able to park in the lot. This is the worst apartment I have ever been in. The walls and roof leaks and have cracks. It looks nice but it’s not.

BEWARE: I would rate this 0 stars if I could. The reason they are not answering your calls is because they want you to submit an online application and pay $35 per applicant, without their full disclosure. They offered to wave the admin fee and 50% off the application for military, but after submission, I was given a cost breakout with the $200 admin fee included. I tried to ask for an application fee refund because they wouldn't wave the fee like I was told they would, but they refused to... refund. Read More
