I wish to commend Travis, a member of the Resort crew, for taking care of several issues at my apartment. He arrived in a timely manner and fixed my air conditioning and my dishwasher efficiently and quickly. He has always been helpful and polite. Thanks so much to him.

I love living at the Resort at University Park. It is beautiful, quiet, and nice. I love the walking trails! There is no place I would rather live.

Amazing apartment community with a fantastic team that works at the leasing office! Allison and Karen have always helped me out with answering any questions I had and more importantly with any maintenance requests/work orders that I've had. The apartments themselves are also really nice and genuinely feel luxurious. All of my neighbors have also been surprisingly kind and made me feel welcome in the community. Highly recommend living here.
Side note: The coffee and tea in the leasing office is... outstanding and one of my favorite parts about living here lol
