Great Team here at Fountain Gardens!
I've had a great experience living at Fountain Gardens Apartments! One of the standout features of this complex is their dedicated maintenance team. Whenever there's an issue, the staff is always quick to respond and resolve any concerns. It’s reassuring to know that they are so proactive in maintaining the property and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Additionally, the ability to easily get in touch with the corporate team is a huge plus. They are always available, and it makes dealing with... any larger concerns or questions much easier. The level of communication and care here has made my living experience very pleasant, and I would highly recommend Fountain Gardens to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive apartment community.

I would not recommend.
This is a senior living apartment but beware. It has no elevators. It is poorly maintained. Ceiling leaks, carpet needs to be replaced, limited laundry facilities. Management is rude and will not have items fixed in a timely manner.
