The physical apartment is pretty good bang for your buck, but there is a reason it's so cheap.
In the year I've been here, I've been sprayed for Roaches twice and Bed Bugs once (both were building wide infestations), mice and rats in the laundry room, my vehicle was stolen and broken into on a separate occasion, squatting homeless people lived in my building for a month, and are constantly sleeping behind the dumpsters, we've had beer bottles thrown at our window from McDonald's, and several... incidents of drugs, as well as one overdose. Management really does try, and I really couldn't ask more of them (except to be open during accessible hours) because this place can't be easy to manage. But please dont move here. I've had a huge hole in my living room roof for a month now, and every lie they've given me keeps me paying full price for having to live in my bedroom. total garbage

Bed bugs, cockroaches, people resisting arrest in the hallways, SWAT kicking in doors. I broke my lease just to leave.

Management has no control. Everything is managed by the superviser who doesnt care as she doesnt live on the property. There have been 2 serious assaults within the last year. One day security had 43 calls. Horrible management company.
