The Part They Don't Tell You

There is a very good chance you'll spend days or even weeks freezing in the spring and fall. The heater/air conditioning only runs heat OR cold! Which one is controlled by management. And if they decide it's time for cold in the spring and then it snows returns cold outside, they will tell you TOO BAD! Once it's been turned for the season they will NOT turn it back! Stock up on blankets and good space heaters!

I can not believe the management in this place is even allowed to be in the service industry. Shady. Shady. Shady. Take pictures of everything, document everything and be ready to complain constantly about the bed bugs, flooding, backed up pipes, garbage filled hallways, roaches and laundry units that rarely work. I can't tell you how many times I had to take off work so they can fix whatever you need done multiple times for the same problem because they just don't show up. ...
We put up with this place for two years because they were reasonably priced, but the rent kept going up and the conditions never improved. Every single neighbor we had and person we knew there abhorred the manager Theresa and her minion helper. She's rude, unhelpful, untrustworthy and dresses completely inappropriate for someone in her position. We were good tenants and they nickel and dimed us out of every deposit--even the guaranteed $200 back on pet deposit--that they could, when we left an almost immaculate apartment upon leaving. For the price they charge now, it's not worth it. Save yourself they time, money and heartache.
