Lived here multiple years, it's been going down hill...
WOULD NOT rent here again. Originally moved here a couple years ago and since then the place has been going down hill. Why I would NOT rent here again:
1. Coffee was originally available for residents 24/hrs a day. Then they restricted it from 5 am to 7:30 pm. Now it is RESTRICTED from 7 am to 11 am and you have to PAY for usage outside those hours. So for anyone that can't make the 4-hr window, no more free coffee.
2. The "Kiosk" area makes the airport prices look reasonable. Seriously, $4 for... a candy bar and $5 for an energy drink.
3. The food trucks always park immediately in front of the lobby when there is an entire empty lane they could park in. So you stand there waiting for your food, or to be hit by a car.
4. Cars parked in the fire lane clogging up the front area? All the time. You call security or the tow company and they tell you only managers can have cars towed (unless they are parked in your spot).
5. The hallway floors are stained like a dorm room, there is random writing on walls.
6. The eucalyptus cooled towels in the gym, maybe refilled once a quarter...
It would be great if they tried to maximize the profits of this place by making it an awesome place to live, rather than exploiting the 'perks' that are offered.

Hello Chase,
We are sorry to hear that you have not had a pleasant experience with us as that is never our goal. We understand that change is difficult and can be stressful. We are unfortunately not able to control the prices of the additional... amenities as these are offered via outside vendors for convenience to all residents in the community. We have been actively addressing unauthorized parking and hope that you have seen the difference as the front is quite empty in comparison to what we were experiencing a few months ago. We also recently had all of the hallways professionally cleaned; if you are still seeing any problem areas please report them to our team so that we can address any concerns. The coffee machine will still be offered complimentary between the hours of 7am-11am and we hope that you are able to come and try our new machine that offers local coffee. Please feel free to reach out to our team should you have any concerns that you would like us to address; we are most happy to assist.
Best,
Damion Montgomery
