It's eight blocks to Sprouts Farmers Market, eight minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District, 10 minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi, 30 minutes to Red Rocks, and 1 hour 30 minutes to ski resorts. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose (5 minutes away), and UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO (15 minutes away).
Free street parking is limited to 2 hours from 8am-6pm Monday through Friday on our immediate block, but unlimited on nights, weekends, and holidays. On adjacent blocks, it’s unlimited, free parking. The host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building's steam boiler system. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. Modern Midstay is dog friendly, but holds a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $80 per dog, per month. Any pets staying in the unit at any point throughout your stay must be included in the reservation. Failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes as our cleaning team is pre-scheduled and charges for wait time. Violation of the no smoking/vaping policy will result in damages fees. You are responsible for removing all personal property at the time of check out. Fees for our team’s time, shipping materials, and shipping fees will be incurred for returning items left behind. There is a minimum $50 returned item fee. Many of our guests work from home. Please be mindful of the noise coming from your unit due to pets, music, and children as to not cause a disturbance. A warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances. Additional disturbances will result in eviction from the property. Guests will not be given any refund for issues related to noise violations. All trash must be taken out and placed in trash bins and all dishes must be placed in the dishwasher upon check out. Please treat this home as you would your own and deliver the home in the same condition as you found it.
