Noise disturbances are taken seriously, with warnings given for any reported issues and potential eviction for repeated disturbances without refund. All trash must be taken out and dishes placed in the dishwasher upon check-out. Personal property left behind will incur a minimum $50 returned item fee. Maintenance issues will be addressed promptly, but no refunds or rent reductions will be made due to mechanical failures or interruptions of utilities.
