NOVEL Uptown by Crescent Communities

I was one of the first residents at Novel Uptown, and have had a wonderful experience living here. The staff (Bailey, Brett, Madi, Eric and Cami) are friendly, responsive, and fun to be around. The building is welcoming of pets. The amenities are first rate. The in-unit finishes are very nice. The neighborhood is interesting (hello Colfax) but I live here with my teenage daughter and feel safe in the neighborhood and love the walkability, especially down 17th Ave. where there are great bars and... restaurants very close to home. I have seen other complaints about Fetch for deliveries, and I have to agree with those. But, that is a minor inconvenience given so much good at the building. I've been here since November, and I truly love it! I was a little hesitant with the location, but it's honestly pretty quiet and great walkability. The Novel team especially makes it so worth it and feels like home. Shoutout to Eric and the best maintenance team EVER for helping me with sooo much. I've never lived somewhere with such timely responses to issues. Yay!

Stunning amenities and great staff! Cami was so informative and fun while touring here! She took the time to show me and my friend multiple options and had a genuine excitement about the property! The vibes here seem very cool and fresh. I look forward to moving here!
