Love 7/s

If this is in your price range and you want Capitol Hill, move here. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

I've lived here for more than a year. The staff is attentive, friendly, professional and helpful. The other residents are welcoming and mature (no frat house worries here). The mountain views from the top deck are unbeatable, and all the public amenity areas are well-maintained and well-designed. Apartment designs and finishes are fantastic (gear wall is awesome).

The block is...
ideal for amenities, just now adding a Tacos Tequila Whiskey next door to the row of already great restaurants. Plus Trader Joe's is just two blocks away. As is Cherry Creek Trail. South Broadway bars and restaurants are walkable too.
