This pad has three levels with two bedrooms and one bath. There is a master bedroom and a guest room/office. There is a cute back patio/deck to hang out and have meals. The back area has access to the alley to load/unload gear or take out the trash. In the basement, there is a washer and dryer and storage area for gear, including a space to hang bikes.
