Staff is kind and attentive. Maintenance is the best I've ever experienced. There are community events if one wants to get to know your neighbors. It's a delight to live here!

I love living at 7575 29th Pl., I just wish everyone respected the property the same way as me. It seems there are people who are not as dedicated as me and who want to protect us from people who do not live in our community.

Everything has really improved here. I do wish they would replace the carpets after multiple floods, large grease stains, bleach stains, and footprints that aren't being brought up by the vacuum. I don't love looking at those every day.

Maintenance is not still up to the mark. Technicians come less prepared and delayed for maintenance requests.
Even though the photo of a part is added, they show up without spares.
