During our year here it was better than most apartments. Good area and community. Still haven't had our HVAC fixed in all that time but thats the only negative. It squeaks all the time and tickets get closed without work. Office staff is friendly. Only moving due to work relocation.

The residence is very beautiful and very well maintained. It feels very safe with wonderful and attentive people. The common areas are clean and everything in general is very organized. 100% recommended.

The apartment unit itself has been great. We love the area, size of the unit, and amount of natural light.
But the leasing office/management has been subpar at best.
