Lived here for 5 months, had multiple packages stolen, heat go out, homeless people sleep in the stair wells and constant fire alarms.
I try to convince myself it’s worth the cheap rent but it just isn’t.

Been here for 6 months, so far so good.
Love that the 16th street Mall is back open & can walk around downtown again.
Looking forward to the fall season with all the sports to watch at the bars close by.

1. Parking security can be enhanced, cars without even parking stickers are parked and continue to be there
2. Pool table quality can be improved , its matt is not upto the mark.

The events are fun and I like the neighborhood but the management is disorganized. The gym is a nice one though. The parking garage finally got fixed after months of being open so I guess that’s good.
