I have a couple rooms available in a house that I own. I live upstairs, both rooms available for rent are downstairs. I’m a 32 year old male that works from home in the tech industry, loves the outdoors, cooking, snowboarding, and hanging out with... friends. I keep the place clean, respect privacy, and am easy going. The bigger room i’m asking for $995/month and the slightly smaller room for $895/month, if you want both rooms it’s $1,795/month and that way you’d have a private bathroom. Security deposit is $500/room. The kitchen, laundry room, living area, and fenced backyard are shared. Pets are welcome with additional $200 deposit and monthly pet rent of $35/month/pet. There’s plenty of street parking with no restrictions. Wifi is included with monthly rent, however water, gas, electric, and trash will be shared among housemates. I’m looking for someone to move in May 14th but wouldn’t start charging rent until June 1st!
