No good rental
Exterior is the only decent thing about Lloyds Apartments. Inside stinky dirty hallways, outdated appliances, carpets, cabinets, poor lighting, very little heat, no insulation in windows, hard to reach landlord to fix anything, constant huge raises in rent, over all very poor quality for exorbant price
