Front office staff is very friendly and professional. Always willing to help. Building is clean and smells good. The gym is very nice. Maintenance does a great job. My cat also approves she likes the big windows.

The alara at union station is above par with a guided professional experience from the staff and/or property agents. Especially John, his knowledge of the property helped myself and my girlfriend avoid questions since he provided the information leaving zero room for miscommunication. I highly recommend the alara at union station for a true luxury experience from start to finish

I've been living at Alara for the past two years, and it truly feels like home.
The staff are always friendly, professional, and ready to help whenever needed. The maintenance team is especially reliable—every time I've submitted a request, they've responded quickly and efficiently. It's comforting to live somewhere where things are taken care of on time and with care.
