Move was very easy and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. 10/10 experience working with the staff here so far. We also had a very minor maintenance issue that was immediately addressed.

Front office staff is very friendly and professional. Always willing to help. Building is clean and smells good. The gym is very nice. Maintenance does a great job. My cat also approves she likes the big windows.

The alara at union station is above par with a guided professional experience from the staff and/or property agents. Especially John, his knowledge of the property helped myself and my girlfriend avoid questions since he provided the information leaving zero room for miscommunication. I highly recommend the alara at union station for a true luxury experience from start to finish
